The hotel is situated on a hill, providing breathtaking views of the punic ports and the beautiful bay of Carthage. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the beach, a small shopping area, and other equally good eateries nearby. the rooms are luxurious and comfortable with cool showers and jacuzzis, and the breakfast served in the room is delicious. the staff is generally helpful and the hotel offers great facilities such as a spa and a hopping bar.
Some visitors have mentioned that the staff can be a bit aloof at times.

VilllaDiDon is close to a lot being in Carthage. The design of the hotel is elegant. The jacuzzi in the room was well situated by the shower keeping the water away from the rest of the living area. Having a connected night club was convenient. Looking out from the balcony was a beautiful view that you can't see from lower areas in Carthage. This view is outstanding.
Mostly little things including the drain in one sink was very slow and water splashed out onto the floor because the sides are not tall enough. Very low light and no fan in the bathroom is bad. It was also very small and hard to open the door inward to exit the bathroom. The door to the hallway outside the room squeaked when being closed. The bed squeaked a lot. For paying 300 euro, I think these things should not exist.

Design of the room bathroom is not separated from the bed section and the so called "futuristic" design and control of the lights make the use of the facilities a nightmare.

What a wonderful xmas experience! The rooms were spacious and clean with a great view of the bay and surrounding area. The staff was friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The food was fantastic with a good selection of local and international dishes. The hotel has a great location close to major attractions and shopping areas. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby beach.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was spotty in some areas and could use improvement. , the prices for certain amenities were a bit steep.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and luxurious features that makes it an ideal place to stay. the private facilities are fantastic and the service is exceptional, making it a true 5-star experience. the location advantages allow for breathtaking views that will leave you speechless.
The only downside to this venue is the lack of breakfast service in the restaurant, which requires ordering room service each morning. the quality of the food is still great.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with great complementary treats - they welcomed us with hot cocoa and gingerbread cookies! The location was prime, right by the beach and close to shopping centers. We enjoyed the heated pool in the evening, it was relaxing.
The staff was not very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows and blankets. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a bit crowded and not well-stocked during the busy holiday season.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the room was spacious, with high, quality linens and a breathtaking view of the bay. the private facilities were top, notch, featuring a Jacuzzi and a shower with massage jets. the breakfast was delicious and served in, room, adding comfort to an already relaxing experience. the location is ideal, only a short walk from the beach and with easy access to transportation.
The service was a little slow, especially in the restaurant area. Despite being a minor issue, it could be improved to better match the excellent quality of this hotel.
